Hi, I’m Karolina, a Wellbeing Coach with a passion rooted in personal experience. After over two decades working with vulnerable adults, becoming a mum, and navigating the ups and downs of perimenopause, I learned the hard way what happens when we put everyone else first and leave ourselves last. I burned out - twice. |
For years, I believed that being a good mum, partner, or friend meant always saying yes and being endlessly available. I thought self-care was selfish. I always said yes, put everyone else first, and wore my exhaustion like a badge of honour. But when I hit rock bottom - exhausted, overwhelmed, and barely functioning - I knew something had to change.
That breakdown became a breakthrough. I rebuilt my wellbeing from the ground up, and along the way, I discovered what real self-care looks like. And perhaps most importantly, I realised the example I was setting for my daughter. I didn’t want her to inherit the same burnout blueprint.
Now I’m on a mission to redefine what self-care truly means - not the fluffy, pampering kind, but the kind that helps you feel like yourself again. The kind that builds resilience, balance, and joy. Because self-care isn’t selfish - it’s essential.
I support other women, especially mums, who so often put their needs last and feel like they’ve lost themselves in the chaos of everyday life. I used to be one of them.

Think of me as a magpie in the world of psychology - I gather tools from Positive Psychology, therapeutic coaching, mindfulness, art therapy, and more. I try them myself, simplify what works, and tailor it to fit your unique life. I offer support that’s truly personalised.
